Isaiah on Mimi's Slide

Camille was having fun with my camera and the great photogenic, Emma! I really should have done some of these bigger. I LOVE how they capture how much fun she's having on the trampoline at Mimi & Papa's house!

What a mother won't do to keep her kids happy on the ride home. . .I must say, this was the best 3 1/2 hour drive from Idaho or to, I've had! But, towards the end, Isaiah needed something to keep him happy. How about little red licorice?! I had no idea he was wearing it until we got home! :)

My Apologies

It's been some time since I've updated, so I apologize for putting up soooo much at once. I just wanted to thank Mary and her family for coming to Idaho from Missouri so that I could come and spend time with them. And I wanted to thank Camille and Paul for being so sweet to let us come and hang out with them for a few days. And thank Mimi & Papa for letting us hang out with them for a few more days. For the hikes, horse rides, hot tubbing, overall good time! I think this was my favorite Idaho trip EVER! My kids had the time of their lives and so did I! We were missing a few very important people to make the visit perfect, but we sure had a good time!

Gehrig and Damian were having fun with Mimi's new colt (I think it's a colt). Look at how excited they are. Gehrig begged me to ride a horse just before we left Idaho. His allergies were so mild this trip! I'm hoping that he's growing out of it. I went ahead and let him ride. He loved it, but his allergies did start acting up. Poor guy. He loves the horses.

What kid doesn't love to help with the laundry at this age? Now if he could just sort, stain remove, launder, fold and put away! Ah. . .someday child labor will pay off in my home! :)
