The Sapphire Flute by Karen Hoover
Her book just came out on Tuesday and we were lucky enough to meet her at her local library (The Tooele Library) and get some tips on writing.
Her goal is to write fantasy geared toward teens that teaches morals, etc. Although I'm not a fan of fantasy, my children are. So. . I'm excited to find another book that might be enjoyable for the children and teach good morals at the same time!
Damian wanted a picture with this neat statue of a pioneer family reading together.

That's a beautiful statue. I am glad you are a reading family, and mostly that you are careful about what you all read.
