Finishing the Basement

I'm excited to announce that we began finishing our basement in July. It's now the end of October and I'm really wishing we could afford to hire it out to finish it. WOW! What a project. Lou tiled our bathtub surround and we now have a functioning bathroom (although the finishing work on the tub is still yet to be done). Some days it became a family affair. . .

 

 

Although we haven't finished the bathroom, I'm anxious to get the bedroom finished so that I can get my house back in order. Here are a few of us working on the mudding. . .
